Following what’s been a successful year for the newcomer, Slimz has unveiled his highly awaited debut EP named, ‘Transition’.

Leading his supporters through his story thus far, ‘Transition’ is a hard-hitting yet versatile project that continues to solidify why Slimz is an artist to look out for. Featuring the pre-released singles “Life I Live” and “Outta Town”, this EP follows up from his recent tour alongside French The Kid as his support act. Unraveling a different side to himself, we begin to learn and understand more about the rap riser as he guides the listener through 6 varying tracks, alongside a guest feature from Apollo 7.
