Rising Star JBee has dropped off his new single, ‘Heart On Ice’, fresh off of a stellar 2022 that saw him dominate the charts as a fledgling artist. JBee found success last year off the back of his ‘Next Up?’ performance, as well as ‘4AM’, which garnered over 80 million streams.
The 20 year-old starlet links up with ‘4AM’ producer Benji, and it is obvious that the two have an undeniable chemistry when it comes to songmaking. JBee glides superbly over the lo-fi Drill beat and delivers an emotional performance surrounding the topics of love and relationships.
The new track is also accompanied by a music video featuring TikTok star Jordan Hersey as the rapper’s love interest. JBee has cornered the market when it comes to emotive, heartfelt Drill songs and ‘Heart On Ice’ looks set to propel the artist further as he carves out his own niche. We can certainly expect more JBee tracks to enter the charts as the year goes on.
