Earlier last month, Biyi stepped forward to deliver summer-fused visuals for Blame Game delivering a feel-good vibe that would last us until this season’s finale; the rugby player and artist has now returned with his groovy, end of summer sizzler, Lately!

Lately adopts subtle, funky-based sound qualities and an upbeat tempo capable of lifting the mood of listeners. The visuals feature the artist going at it with his craft in a spacious, overgrown landscape; his fit matching the orange-toned sunset glazing over the camera shot.

Giving some words on the concept of the track, and its visuals Biyi stated “It’s a wavy one-take performance video in the middle of an old runway – and to me, that symbolised being left alone but still being cool with it, still vibing, still ready to take flight and touch skies. The lyrics are basically saying “I haven’t seen you around lately, if you want to join me on this journey then I’d love that, but if not then I’m still shining over here on my own.”
