One of the hottest talents to come out of Nigeria in recent years, Bloody Civilian has dropped off her first single of 2024, ‘Head Start’. The track showcases her signature style and was both written and produced by the artist herself.

Bloody Civilian announced herself back in 2022 with her breakout single, ‘How To Kill A Man’. Since then the artist has gone from strength to strength, working with artists like Rema and ODUMODUBLVCK, as well as appearing on the recent Bob Marley film soundtrack.

Speaking on the release, the artist stated:

“This track is quite raw. Basically, I made a vengeance track that’s Afrobeats but is also lowkey Travis Scott coded. I had fun making the beat and song in general.”
