Known for his powerful and emotional stance to ‘real rap’, Salford’s Jordan has this time drafted in Big Narstie and Maverick Sabre to assist him navigating a deep narrative in ‘Danny Boy’.

Based on a small counselling session, various characters share their personal struggles; from homelessness to alcoholism, “Danny Boy” emerges as a meaningful, timely release that illustrates a deeper side to Jordan who continues to flex his artistic versatility as well as his desire to tackle deeper issues that he himself has gone through.

The trio link up perfectly to great effect; Maverick Sabre provides a delicate yet powerful, infectious hook – with Jordan and Big Narstie offloading hard verses to articulate the story.
