Yesterday evening, Stormzy came through to bless us with incredible visuals for ‘Mel Made Me Do It’ – making his long awaited solo return to the game. Gliding effortlessly over an 8 minute production courtesy of Knox Brown, Stormzy reminds us all why he is undisputedly one of, if not the best in the UK.

The cinematic video is packed with celebrities including other musicians like Dave, JME and Little Simz, as well as TV stars Jonathan Ross and Louis Theroux, with Ian Wright, Usain Bolt and Dina Asher Smith also making cameo appearances amongst others. A touching tribute to Jamal Edwards MBE was also included in the closing segment of the visuals.

In what will go down as a historical video not only for the UK scene, but as a joyous and pride filled representation of Black culture – Stormzy season has officially begun again.
