North London’s rising singer-songwriter Jasmine Oakley has released her slice of heaven in the form of “Gone”.

Underpinned with silky production courtesy of up-and-coming producer Benedict Quinn, “Gone” is a laid-back slice of heaven that enables Jasmine Oakley to boast her butter-like tone, seamless riffs, and candid lyricism throughout. Layered with backing vocals from the likes of Luke Burr, Zoe Kypri and Kojo, “Gone” has already referred to as “The UK’s answer to Noname”. Setting the standard high and with more music on the way, Jasmine Oakley is a name to look out for!

Speaking on the release Jasmine commented, “these last couple of years have been mentally tough for a lot of us, for different reasons. I want this song to be a reflection of that for anyone who listens. I want them to feel like they can relate to the subjects I discuss in my music, and feel less isolated in those negative thoughts we all experience that can engulf our minds. I want to acknowledge the fact that we can all sometimes get so overwhelmed with worries and thoughts that our minds can just feel gone”.
