Sha Simone has yet to be on our radar for a full year and even so, the emerging rapper is one of London’s most exciting new talents. 

Now that she’s proved her rapping ability – I mean, featuring on Dave’s album? – in countless ways, Sha Simone is dropping more of her own bangers with slick visuals. Her latest, “Hushpuppi”, is three minutes of straight bars on top of a booming GA-produced beat. 

A nod to the (now jailed) popular fraudster, the East Londoner is unapologetically talking her talk on “Hushpuppi” and it’s all about getting to the money. These are the very elements of Sha’s style that drew us in.
