Produced by Shaqdi, July explores a temporary casual fling over the summer; more commonly the situation-ships that last the duration of a few months but leave an everlasting effect. It was written based on the realisation that seasonal relationships extend beyond points of time and every casual lover has fairly serious implications. The tracks sentiment comes to life with gorgeous riffs and an R&B uplift that takes you on this summer romance. 

The visuals adds sentimental value to the song, having been shot in the park she grew up in, capturing close up intimate shots and scenes with her hanging out with her friends on a casual July day, fluctuating between the two and inviting us into the world of Carmen Marie with a beautifully edited and authentic visual.
