Following the release of her latest “The Angel You Don’t Know” project, Amaarae returns with visuals to her lead single, “Jumping Ship” (ft. Kojey Radical & Cruel Santino).

The Ghanaian-American artist has delivered an upbeat, afro-pop anthem laced with subtle sensuality in the lyrics. The infectious video, directed by Remi Laudat provides the perfect visual texture for the single and neatly ties all verses in together.

Speaking on the video, Amaarae says:“I’m really excited for everyone to get into this video and more so excited that I was able to get Kojey Radical and Cruel Santino together for this moment. The video is a pretty simple and straightforward concept – the three of us chasing after this Aphrodite figure is a representation of human desire and the need to always indulge our curiosities, which is more or less what Jumping Ship is about.”
