Straight from his shutdown #MerkyFestival in Ibiza Rocks, he touched base back in the UK and announced his publishing imprint with Penguin Books, the #Merky Books platform.
Stormzy announced the great news via Instagram, It is set to provide a platform for talented young writers that sometimes struggle to get their work noticed. Stormzy revealed that #Merky books are going to host competitions in schools and offer opportunities for paid internships for talented writers in 2019. He also mentioned that the first book to be released under the imprint will be “Rise up: The #Merky journey so far” will be released on November 1st and is now avilable for pre order.
