Mancunian rapper – Aitch, has joined YouTube to bless fans with a surprise live performance of his newest project, titled “Polaris”.
The artist declared all earnings will be donated to black-owned organisations, including Bold Women Win Big, the Black Ticket Project and The Reach Out Project.
To donate viewers will utilise YouTube’s Super Chat – the feature allows you to pay to pin comments during the live stream.
Speaking on the performance, Aitch commented. “Tonight I’m holding a special live stream performance with @youtubemusic – I am the first UK artist to take part in their Superchat and in light of the recent events & continued oppression against the black community, I want to use this platform correctly.
“All my proceeds from this stream will be equally split between the listed black organisations below – all of which are charities supporting young black people. I stand in solidarity with the black community. Black Lives Matter.”
