South London’s rising songstress VALNTNA has shared her brand new and highly anticipated EP named, ‘Shadow Work’.

Spread across 8 tracks, ‘Shadow Work’ is executively produced and co-written by Pink Mayne. Enriched with an essence of vulnerability and power, VALNTNA continues to prove why she is a force to be reckoned with. Encapsulating the 90’s R&B and Soul sound we’ve all grown to love, the South London native seamlessly intertwines elements of of R&B, Trapsoul, Neo-soul and Pop to create her own distinct irresistible flavour.

Speaking on the EP VALNTNA commented, “Shadow Work is about facing your trauma’s & uncovering the parts of yourself that you’ve repressed, disowned & rejected. The Process of exploring your inner Darkness,diving deep into the subconscious,and allowing yourself to truly feel & face life in the understanding that with light comes darkness. Shadow work allows you fully show up as your true self , you no longer fear the shadows that reside around the corner of your own decision”.
