Often categorised as simply a weed rapper or a comedic emcee, however has some of the best flow, charisma and hard hitting lines such as “we don’t jack cars we jack for aircraft carriers”, “I carry weight, 38s in the waist / Battling me is like thirty 8s in Kuwait” and “I carry two guns to give you second hand smoke“.
As mentioned before and exemplified Redman is one of the best punchline rappers of all time, however he can also tell a captivating story – Redman style of course. As well as having three or four classic albums and a lot of solid albums, being a frequent Wu Tang collaborator and an Eminem inspirer, Redman is a great in this genre and all the heads know.
