Oblivion portrays the artiste making use of her body language in a slow-mo, contemporary dance style manner to convey the emotion channelled into the track, as she delivers her soulful lyrics to the orchestral production.

It’s evident the songstress has every intention of being candid with her listeners as she doesn’t hold back on emphasising her truth in the songs main hook, and giving some insight into the track’s inspiration Olivia states, “Oblivion is about a love lost and using different vices to help yourself cope with that feeling.
