British supermodel was spotted last night at Burberry’s Café in London, at her launch party. The 45 year-old stunner was joined by her mother Valerie, as she launched her two-volume book which features photos, ads, magazine covers, candid snaps and words from the model herself.
One image in the book is Naomi’s historic 1989 Vogue US Cover- the first issue under the editorship of Anna Wintour. Campbell, opened up stating “I understand how much Anna had to fight for me to be on the cover, because there were powers that be that didn’t want her to put me on the cover, and she had to fight to have a black girl on the cover.”
The star-studded event was hosted by Burberry’s Creative Director Christopher Bailey, with attendees including Boy George and Tinie Tempah. The book retails for £1,250.
