Khamari Drops Video For ‘Right My Wrongs’

Joe Simpson

US R&B talent Khamari has come through with the visuals for his track, ‘Right My Wrongs’, taken from his debut album ‘A Brief Nirvana’. The Izzy Nguyen-Rael directed visual breathes new life into the track, depicting the artist reminiscing about a past relationship as he roams around his house.

Khamari was raised in Boston but now bases himself in Los Angeles. A prodigious talent, the artist has a wide variety of influences from The Beatles to Kid Cudi. Darodo’s classic track ‘Didn’t I’ is used for the sample in this single, with Khamari providing his own spin through his strong vocal performance.

Speaking on the track, Khamari states:

“The ‘Right My Wrongs’ video depicts when a relationship ends and the physical space you used to share becomes a prison of memories and reminders of what used to be.” Khamari shares, “I question “what could I have done differently,” and think “maybe we were train cars passing, and it isn’t meant to be.” Nostalgia and thoughts of how I might’ve appreciated those moments more had I known they were slipping through my fingers as I relive the memories in every room.”
