Jamaica’s championed songstress Stalk Ashley has recently unveiled her latest EP named, ‘Excuses, Pt 1’.

Spread across 6 tracks with a guest feature from BEAM, ‘Excuses, Pt 1’, is the first of 3 installments that are set to drop in both January and February. Intertwining elements of dancehall in with R&B, this project explores pockets of sexuality, female empowerment, heartbreak, and self-love, as we follow her distinct tone amidst the backdrops. Continuing to prove why she’s a force to be reckoned with, ‘Excuses Pt 1’ is a must spin!

Speaking on the EP, Ashley commented, “EXcuses is me walking listeners through my life as an adolescent blossoming into a young woman. It’s shows young girls that we all do go through shit but it’s the end result that matters.”
