East London’s very own rising star, Bree Runway, has unveiled her highly anticpated debut mixtape titled, 2000AND4EVA.
Embodying the noughties, this mixtape is brimming with a thrilling, bold and assertive energy from start to finish. With a slew of impressive features from Missy Elliott, Yung Baby Tate, Maliibu Mitch and Rico Nasty, the nine-track project is fit for every personality! Layered with an assortment of diverse textures, this mixtape is a quality body of work from the rising power house!
Speaking on the release, Bree Runway commented; “I’m so excited to put this mixtape out, every track is a different girl but all are SOO Bree at the same time I went through so many emotions creating this tape, trying to create my fly girl music feeling so not fly in my pyjamas and stuck in my same old four walls during lockdown to losing a friend and her child in the midst of it all. This year hasn’t been the easiest to take myself to a place mentally where I can feel good to create songs to make others feel good. But constantly fighting for inner peace and creativity daily, I’m glad I was able to put together a body of work for fans to press play on and feel like a rockstar with no problems for a second.”
