Dublin rapper Archy Moor has dropped off his brand new EP, ‘Cosy’, accompanied by an intimate music video for one of the standout tracks on the tape, ‘Holly’. The new release follows on from Moor’s critically acclaimed ‘Bonnie Hill’ EP which dropped earlier this year and cements the artist as one of the most exciting talents to come out of Ireland.
Blessed with a distinct and unique writing ability, Moor has expertly crafted his sound to make himself a key player in the thriving Alternative Rap scene. Having worked with some of the world’s best producers, including the likes of MIKEWAVVS, Earl Saga, and Benji Miller, Moor has created a distinctive discography that puts him in the upper echelons of his genre.
Speaking on the latest project, Moor states:
“I wanted a project to reflect me as a whole, be it my high points and low. What I am afraid of discovering and losing, what angers me, what I find beautiful. I find that as an artist sometimes things are overanalysed and lose the realness of what it is you were originally trying to convey. The project being completed front to back in three days I feel is as true a representation of the stories and life experiences that I wanted to tell. After my first project defeated so much of me creatively, I wanted to step back and realign with my own self and detail stories in ways that worked and appealed to me.”
