Afrobeats take over Lauryn Hill’s Diaspora Calling!
Over the weekend, the renowned Ms. Lauryn Hill put together a charity festival called Diaspora Calling at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, New York. The legendary Miss Hill is known to have a passion for African Diaspora and she definitely showed this through her sold out headline concert.
Africa really represented as she had the likes of Afrobeats superstars such as Mr Eazi, E.L Stonebwoy, DJ Julz & Dj Spinall! Accompanied by one of the biggest bands in the UK, The Compozers who Ms Hill requested for to perform at her show! All these artists definitely represented and Compozers definitely stamped their mark out there!
The festival had partnered up with TIDAL and had streamed the concert live.
