International Nigerian star Wizkid needs no introduction – he recently took the time out to speak with Capital Xtra to discuss his own career as well as the trajectory of Afrobeats.
He reflects on growing up in Ojuelegba – a suburb in Surulere local government area of Lagos State.and shares how “grateful” he is for challenging experience and how it helped him to grow. He started doing music in church at an early age where he met producers and his career took off from there.
